A favorite event each summer, the venue is perfect to keep you cool while strolling through the works of local artists. Alden Lane Nursery has magestic oak trees, casting welcome shade over their acres of luxurious plants, shrubs and trees.
This is the 26th year for Art Under the Oaks featuring over 40 artists whose wares include paintings and prints, pottery, baskets, fiber art, photography and jewelry. And to make sure all of your senses are tickled, enjoy live music, fruit tasting, and of course while in the Livermore Valley, local wine tasting as well.
The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. both days, with hourly drawings for $25 Gift Certificates to the nursery, with a Grand Prize drawing at 4:00 on Sunday for a piece of original art valued at $200.00.
